Request a Repair

Submit a repair request for your DVPOS hardware. Our SA-based technical team will assess, repair and return your device. Resellers can submit on behalf of their customers.

We'll confirm your request and assign a repair ticket reference.

Send your device to us or via your nearest reseller partner.

We diagnose, repair and return your device β€” tracking available throughout.

What to include

  • Device model number (e.g. DV715XL)
  • Serial number (found on the base of the unit)
  • Clear description of the fault or issue
  • Proof of purchase if under warranty
  • Your contact name, number and email

Using a reseller?

Your nearest registered reseller can accept your device for repair and submit the ticket on your behalf β€” saving you courier costs.

Turnaround time

Standard repair 3–5 business days
Complex fault 5–10 business days
Parts sourcing required Subject to availability

Track Your Repair Ticket

Use your ticket number to check the current status of your repair. Updates are posted as your device moves through our workshop.

Ticket status guide

Received β€” your device has been logged and is awaiting assessment
In Progress β€” our technicians are actively working on your device
Awaiting Parts β€” repair is on hold pending parts or customer approval
Complete β€” repair is done and device is ready for collection or dispatch

What you'll need

  • The email address used when submitting
