Request a Repair
Submit a repair request for your DVPOS hardware. Our SA-based technical team will assess, repair and return your device. Resellers can submit on behalf of their customers.
Fill in the repair form with your device details and fault description.
We'll confirm your request and assign a repair ticket reference.
Send your device to us or via your nearest reseller partner.
We diagnose, repair and return your device β tracking available throughout.
What to include
- Device model number (e.g. DV715XL)
- Serial number (found on the base of the unit)
- Clear description of the fault or issue
- Proof of purchase if under warranty
- Your contact name, number and email
Your nearest registered reseller can accept your device for repair and submit the ticket on your behalf β saving you courier costs.
Turnaround time
Track Your Repair Ticket
Use your ticket number to check the current status of your repair. Updates are posted as your device moves through our workshop.

- The email address used when submitting
